Ecommerce Coordinator

Location: Vancouver Downtown Office ( Hybrid - 2-3 half work days in office)

What You’ll Do (High-Level Overview)

• Coordinate with UGC creators, video editors, and designers to produce high-performing creatives. ( Will be Trained )
• Oversee parts of the e-commerce workflow, including supplier coordination, product checks, website updates, and launch readiness.
• Support general e-commerce operations including customer-service oversight and basic VA management as the brand scales.
• Collaborate on branding, product page improvements, and CRO-focused decisions that drive growth. ( Will be Trained )

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with Shopify (preferred) or WooCommerce backend
• Basic understanding of CRO and SEO
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive
• Strong communication skills and passion for learning/growing in e-commerce
• Open to candidates with less experience if driven and willing to learn
