About the position

Velosio is seeking a Director, Global Demand to lead Marketing Technology & Operations and Shared Services. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this leader manages 4‑5 direct reports (8+ overall) and owns execution, governance, martech, and analytics to support Strategic Marketing programs.

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA (2–3 days per week in office).

Your day might look like

Leadership & operating rhythm

Define and communicate vision, goals, and operating model for the Global Demand Center.
Oversee and implement process optimization for the team
Oversee intake, prioritization, and SLAs with business stakeholders.
Work with VP of Marketing to effectively roll out new swim lanes for the team, optimize internal team communications (ie project management, meetings, etc)
Own overall website refresh project management
Run weekly reviews and QBRs; ensure accountability and alignment.

Martech & data governance

Oversee MarTech stack including HubSpot, ensuring lifecycle tracking (MQL→SAL→SQL) and attribution models.
Standardize campaign build/QA processes and governance for efficiency.
Maintain dashboards for channel performance, pipeline, and ROI.

Continuous improvement

Lead testing, CRO, and experimentation programs to optimize campaigns.
Enable marketing teams with training, playbooks, and standards.
Manage budget allocation, vendors, and contractors to maximize efficiency.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or Marketing preferred; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years in marketing operations or campaigns with 4+ years leading multi‑disciplinary teams.
Experience in SaaS or matrixed environments strongly preferred.
Marketing automation/CRM expertise with deep knowledge of funnel processes and data management – HubSpot experience preferred, but not required.
Track record building scalable processes and governance.
Executive communication skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
