We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging content tailored to each platform, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and managing social media accounts efficiently.
Conduct SEO and keyword research to enhance content visibility and engagement.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities through social listening techniques.
Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to refine strategies and report on campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Manage public relations efforts by engaging with influencers and building relationships within the industry.
Oversee e-commerce initiatives by promoting products through targeted social media campaigns.
Conduct proofreading to ensure all content is error-free and aligns with branding guidelines.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, video editing techniques, and photography best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Advertising.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics tools.
Experience in relationship management with a focus on building strong connections within the community or industry.
Excellent communication skills with a knack for storytelling through various digital formats.
