Our global headquarters is in Miami, Florida. * Role overview: * We are looking for a successful Account Executive to sell eCommerce solutions to grocery accounts across North America. Experience in eCommerce sales to grocers is preferred. We welcome all US applicants in the Eastern Time Zone. (Hybrid or fully remote opportunity) **What you'll be doing**: - Build specific territory and account plans to ensure the growth of the Wynshop business and exceed revenue targets - Continually drive sales pipeline growth needed to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets - Develop strong relationships as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business initiatives and challenges that align with Wynshop solutions - Make the customers successful by understanding their technology footprint, strategies, competitors, and industry trends - Advance and close sales opportunities through the successful execution of the territory and opportunity plans - Lead a team of sales resources and provide engagement excellence during all phases of the sales cycle - Present Wynshop’s solutions in a professional and compelling manner - Understand the competition and effectively position solutions against them to meet or exceed customer needs - Understand Value-Based selling while identifying ROI data and how they support the customer’s decision-making process and criteria - Maximize the value of your sales support ecosystem and ensure your team is well-positioned within each account and opportunity * What you bring to the table: * - 3+ years of software sales experience with documented success selling enterprise-level, complex software solutions - Previous experience in enterprise selling to accounts/clients with a $500M and above annual revenue - SaaS sales experience - Previous attainments of >$1M annual software sales and above - A disciplined approach regarding the use of CRM database (SFDC) - Ability to manage and execute sales with long and complex sales cycles - Solution-oriented; Experience in identifying suitable solutions based on unique customer challenges - Experience in a team-based selling environment - Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills - Bachelor’s degree preferred with equivalent experience to be considered **What you’ll get in return**: - The opportunity to wear many hats, gain versatile skills, and be part of a high energy, high impact team - The freedom to pave your career path and accelerate your growth in an organization that is flat and nimble - You will get to drive the adoption of new digital technologies that are transforming the ways retailers interact with their customers and improve their operations **Benefits and other perks**: Our team works from home in the Eastern time zone Vacation paid time off Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with company match 100% Company-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for you and your dependents 100% Company-paid Life Insurance Education & Learning stipend for personal growth and development * About Wynshop: * Wynshop is an ambitious team of digital evangelists and innovators obsessed with a solitary mission—to help grocers and other local store-based retailers grow wildly successful online businesses.
