Job Summary of Business Operations ECommerce Manager:

This role is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of Walmart Fulfillment Services inbound distribution. This role focuses on accelerating inventory movement throughout the United States, managing P&L, supply chain speed metrics, and influencing the long term strategy of the business within the Inventory Transfer Services program.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Business Operations ECommerce Manager:

• Manage the speed and performance of the Inventory Transfer Service.
• Oversee middle mile transportation speed and on-time delivery.
• Manage operational costs and drive savings throughout the supply chain.
• Ensure fast time-to-in-stock between first touch and placement on fulfillment center shelves.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver continuous improvements.
• Identify and implement strategies to optimize inbound operations and distribution efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience of Business Operations ECommerce Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field with 3 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, or related area, OR 5 years’ experience in these areas.
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in transportation and operations management.
• Ability to work effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
