Define and scale local marketing strategies for the franchise network, ensuring effective collaboration with corporate partners

Lead agency partners in media mix strategy and budget allocation to maximize business impact

Required Qualifications

10+ years of senior leadership experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation

Experience partnering with or managing inside sales or contact center operations

Deep understanding of modern MarTech stacks and attribution modeling

Proven track record of building and scaling a high-performing growth engine

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
