Key Responsibilities

Design and operate the full-funnel growth and lifecycle architecture

Own the AI Networking Coach experience, directing its evolution and monetization

Establish a framework for experimentation and data-backed iteration across marketing efforts

Required Qualifications

8-15 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, product marketing, or revenue marketing

Track record in high-growth SaaS or marketplace environments

Experience in building and owning a growth system

Proficiency in AI design with LLMs, agents, and intelligent workflows

Preferred experience in founder, early-stage, or zero-to-one environments
