5-8+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or partnership marketing, preferably in consumer brands

Proven ability to build and scale influencer and affiliate programs

Demonstrated success in growing a brand on TikTok with knowledge of content trends

Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring KPIs and ROI

Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation in influencer marketing and the creator economy
