A company is looking for a Lead Designer - Digital UI / UX (Subscription).

Key Responsibilities

Define and champion a user-centric design philosophy for subscription-based products

Design onboarding funnels, activation flows, and dashboards to drive subscription engagement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation

Required Qualifications

Proven ability to design intuitive interfaces for subscription-based SaaS products

Deep experience in optimizing onboarding funnels and retention-boosting UX

Strong understanding of growth loops and how UX design affects performance KPIs

Demonstrated experience with analytics platforms and A / B testing tools

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience; 5-7+ years of experience in product / UI / UX design
