A company is looking for a GTM Lead, New Business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional team to accelerate new annual recurring revenue (ARR) from product-led growth and sales channels
Define the Go-to-Market plan and demand strategy to enhance the quality of trials and partner qualified leads
Drive the product-led growth and sales roadmaps to improve conversion rates from trials to paid customers
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in product-led or self-serve growth strategies within a SaaS environment
Track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve revenue growth without direct authority
Expertise in growth experimentation and lead routing / scoring design
Strong operational mindset with prioritization and leadership skills in a matrix organization
Familiarity with Go-to-Market levers such as pricing, packaging, and trial models
