Growth Marketing Vice President

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President Growth Marketing (Player-Coach) to drive revenue and execute growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, deployment, and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns

Own SEO, SEM, and AEO strategies to optimize traffic and conversion

Design and execute advanced email marketing programs and manage account-based marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

10-15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 5-7 years in a senior leadership role

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Demonstrated hands-on experience in digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, and Paid Social

Proficiency with major CRM and Marketing Automation platforms

Advanced skills in web analytics, particularly Google Analytics (GA4)
