Key Responsibilities
Own user acquisition strategy across various channels, including paid and lifecycle marketing
Lead growth planning and execution while managing agency relationships and external partners
Design and optimize lifecycle journeys and own end-to-end funnel performance
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing
Proven ownership of acquisition strategy and experience managing marketing budgets
Strong understanding of funnel metrics and growth experimentation
Deep familiarity with newsletters and email as growth channels
Ability to balance creative judgment with analytical rigor
