Key Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise-wide digital transformation program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

Oversee program management across multiple sub-programs and deliver key project artifacts

Engage stakeholders and manage program budgets to drive continuous improvement and ROI

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred

10-15 years of experience in digital transformation and program management

Proven success in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S
