Digital Transformation Lead

A company is looking for a Digital Transformation Lead (Industry 4.0 / MES Architect).

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy a paperless plant with real-time visibility using Ignition SCADA, Sepasoft MES, and Digital Twin technologies

Implement OEE tracking, predictive maintenance, and advanced analytics across all production lines

Lead digital maturity assessments and create a 3-year digital roadmap while ensuring data architecture and cybersecurity compliance

Required Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in manufacturing digital transformation, with a strong preference for experience with Ignition (Inductive Automation)

Deep knowledge of MES, SCADA, Historian, and IIoT platforms, particularly in the food / beverage or produce sectors

Proven track record of full plant rollouts that achieved significant throughput improvements and error reductions

Experience with cloud-native WMS in perishables, with a bonus for familiarity with Infios, Made4net, or similar systems
