Digital Solutions Specialist

A company is looking for a Digital Solutions Specialist (Remote / USA).

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to stations on current and future tools and systems via email, ticket queues, and telephone

Guide stations on digital policies and best practices and provide training on digital tools and workflows

Build and maintain digital products within existing tools and systems as needed

Required Qualifications

College degree or equivalent job experience in digital systems

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based CMS user interfaces

1+ years of digital experience on a broadcast team is a plus

Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Desire for continued growth and learning
