A company is looking for a Lifecycle / CRM Marketing Manager to scale customer lifecycle communication journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive CRM strategy to optimize customer journeys and improve conversion rates
Manage a Lifecycle / CRM Sr. Specialist and oversee customer journey execution and stakeholder relationships
Analyze CRM performance data and provide actionable insights to influence marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Email Marketing roles, preferably in FinTech or Financial Services
Strong hands-on experience with a leading Marketing Automation / CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Deep understanding of data analytics and campaign performance analysis
Expertise in audience segmentation and personalization tactics
Ability to manage multiple complex projects from ideation to execution
