About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our growing team. This role is an exciting chance to shape the digital presence of brands that inspire exploration and adventure. You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns, turning insights into creative strategies that engage audiences, optimize performance, and drive business growth. While being based in Squamish is preferred, exceptional remote candidates will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Strategy: Create holistic digital marketing plans across SEO, SEM, social media, content, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Design Campaigns: Build, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve client goals.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Monitor performance, extract insights, and recommend data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Audience Research: Conduct market and audience research to tailor campaigns for maximum engagement.
  • Collaborate with Creators: Work closely with designers, developers, and content teams to produce impactful, on-brand digital assets.
  • Leverage AI Tools: Integrate AI for analytics, content creation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Identify and implement emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and acting as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing strategy, ideally in an agency or with outdoor/lifestyle brands.

Required Skills

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
  • PPC Expertise: Deep understanding Google Ads and Meta Business Manager with AT LEAST 3+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns.
  • Tech & AI Savvy: Familiarity with AI tools and marketing technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to simplify complex concepts.
  • Organized & Adaptable: Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-Driven: Strong focus on measurable outcomes and business impact.
  • Passion for the Outdoors: Genuine interest in outdoor activities and adventure brands.

Pay range and compensation package

  • Salary: Negotiable, starting at $75,000 per year based on fit and experience.
