AI-Driven Marketing and Growth Specialist Needed for U.S. Property Management

We are a systems driven property management company operating in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. We are looking for a Marketing and Growth Lead who owns outcomes, not tasks.

This is not a VA role.

This is not a post and pray marketing role.

You will be responsible for designing, executing, and scaling marketing systems that generate qualified property owner leads consistently. You are expected to work independently, think in experiments, measure results, and continuously improve what works.

AI must already be embedded in how you work. We expect you to use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar to increase speed, quality, and leverage across everything you do.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• End to end marketing and growth strategy for a local property management business
• Visibility and lead flow from organic and local channels
• System design, execution, and documentation
• Ongoing optimization based on real performance data

You will not design strategies and hand them off.

You will design and execute.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Omnichannel content strategy across Google Business Profile, website content, and supporting social channels
• Ongoing Google Business Profile optimization focused on local Chicago and suburb visibility
• Building and managing inbound lead flows from property owners
• Creating and documenting AI driven workflows and SOPs for repeatable execution
• Tracking KPIs including visibility, engagement, lead volume, and conversion quality
• Identifying high growth neighborhoods and suburbs and deploying localized content strategies

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Consistent inbound property owner inquiries
• Clear visibility into what channels and content are producing results
• Documented systems that can be scaled and repeated
• Minimal oversight required once direction is aligned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in marketing or growth for service based or local businesses
• Strong understanding of local SEO and proximity based search behavior
• Comfort working independently with full ownership of outcomes
• Ability to think in systems, funnels, and experiments
• Fluent written English with professional copywriting ability

AI AND SYSTEMS EXPECTATIONS

You should already be using AI daily in your workflow.

Examples include but are not limited to

• AI assisted content creation and iteration
• Prompt driven research and competitive analysis
• Workflow automation and efficiency gains
• Consistency and brand alignment through AI supported processes

If AI is something you are “learning,” this is not the right role.

TOOLS WE EXPECT YOU TO BE COMFORTABLE WITH

• Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
• Google Business Profile and local SEO tools
• Analytics including GA4 and Search Console
• Project or task management tools like ClickUp or similar
• Basic design or content tools such as Canva

COMPENSATION

Flexible and based on demonstrated ability to own growth outcomes and build scalable systems.

This is not a low cost VA role.

Strong performers who deliver measurable results and system ownership will be prioritized for long term collaboration.
