We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator with 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly within the technology and digital infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Marketo, Salesforce, lead generation and management, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, managing leads, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts to drive business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCampaign ManagementAssist in the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and web.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategy.

Marketo AdministrationManage Marketo campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer engagement programs.

Optimize Marketo workflows and processes to improve marketing automation and lead generation efforts.

Monitor and analyze Marketo campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Analyze and improve Marketo email templates, landing pages, etc.

Maintain and update the Salesforce database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Integrate Salesforce with Marketo to streamline lead management and reporting processes.

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.

Lead Generation & ManagementImplement lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.

Manage the lead lifecycle, from lead acquisition through to qualification and conversion.

Analyze lead data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

Data Analysis & ReportingTrack, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to inform future marketing strategies.

Regularly update key stakeholders on marketing performance and ROI.

Content Creation & ManagementAssist in the creation of engaging digital content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts.

Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

QUALIFICATIONSExperience4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, marketing automation, and data analysis.

Proven experience with Marketo and Salesforce is required.

Experience in the technology sector, specifically with data centers and digital infrastructure, is highly desirable.

Technical SkillsProficiency in Marketo and Salesforce platforms.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.

Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Soft SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
