🤩 What you'll do

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and growth-driven Marketing Strategist to lead our audience strategy and shape the direction of all marketing initiatives. In this role, you will drive the development of high-impact strategies, ensure precise audience targeting, and empower the marketing team with insights, data, and clear guidance. If you combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a passion for data, this position is made for you.

Your main responsibilities

• Develop yearly and quarterly marketing strategies and translate them into actionable execution plans for the marketing manager and broader team.
• Define, research, and maintain customer personas and audience segments across the business.
• Develop high-ROI marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics that drive measurable growth.
• Define audiences and their key messages to ensure proper alignment across marketing and sales.
• Report on forecasting and performance of online and offline marketing activities.
• Own analytics for the marketing team, including insights, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Transform product promotional plans into efficient, data-driven marketing strategies.
• Maintain the marketing activity calendar to ensure alignment, visibility, and execution readiness.

🎯 What you'll need

• You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing strategy, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or technology environments.
• You have previous experience working in a marketing agency.
• You hold a Bachelor in Marketing, Communications, Business, or have equivalent professional experience.
• You are proficient with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• You are comfortable working with data using Excel (knowledge of SQL is a strong plus).
• You understand audience segmentation and have hands-on experience with audience tools in Salesforce and HubSpot.
• You make decisions based on data, insights, and performance metrics.
• You are agile, curious, open-minded, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• You bring an ROI-driven, growth-focused, and performance-oriented mindset.
• You embrace a hands-on, no-ego, growth-hacking approach to solving challenges.
• You are fully fluent in French, which is a mandatory requirement for this role.
