Position Summary<\/span><\/span><\/b>

<\/span><\/p>

As a <\/span>Digital Marketing & Media Consultant<\/span><\/b>, you will design,

implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive

client business objectives. You will create engaging content, oversee creative

development, and ensure campaigns perform across social media, paid media, and

digital channels.<\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>

<\/span><\/p>

  • Lead client discovery sessions to

understand brand goals, target audiences, and competitive positioning.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Develop integrated digital

marketing and media strategies encompassing:<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Social media strategy and

management plans<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Content strategy including

editorial calendars, campaign narratives, and storytelling frameworks<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Creative development, directing

visuals, copy, and multimedia assets<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Paid media and performance

marketing recommendations<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • SEO, email marketing, and full

digital presence optimization<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

  • Create original content for

social media, email campaigns, and digital channels in alignment with

brand voice and objectives.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Oversee or produce creative

assets such as graphics, short -form videos, and multimedia content to

enhance campaign effectiveness.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Conduct digital audits, content

analyses, and competitive bench marking to inform strategic and creative

decisions.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Define KPIs, performance

frameworks, and reporting dashboards to measure marketing and media

impact.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Present strategies, content

plans, and creative concepts to clients with clarity, confidence, and

data -backed insights.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Stay ahead of digital, social,

and content trends to inform client solutions and KŌRA Signature

offerings.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Support business development by

crafting scopes for proposals and contributing to client pitches.<\/span><\/span>

Qualifications & Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b>

<\/span><\/p>

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing,

Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; Master's is a plus.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in

digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation, ideally

within an agency or consultancy.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Proven track record of creating

successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable ROI.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Strong expertise in developing

and executing social media strategies and content plans.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Skilled in content creation,

including writing, basic graphic design, and multimedia development

(Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Experience with paid media

strategy and campaign optimization is highly desirable.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Advanced analytical skills with

the ability to translate data into strategic and creative insights.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Excellent communication,

storytelling, and presentation skills for client -facing engagements.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>

  • Ability to manage multiple

projects with strategic agility, creativity, and attention to detail.<\/span><\/span>
