Who are we looking for?

The Marketing & Operations Assistant is a highly organized, proactive individual who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to fast-moving environments. This person takes pride in executing both marketing initiatives and operational tasks with precision, creativity, and follow-through, often managing multiple systems and projects at once with minimal supervision.

They are detail-oriented and process-driven, yet flexible enough to adapt when priorities shift. Whether coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting internal systems, or assisting with day-to-day operations, this individual stays calm under pressure and maintains a high standard of quality in everything they touch.

Strong communication and a service-first mindset are essential. This role supports both clients and team members, and the right candidate genuinely cares about creating positive experiences, keeping things organized behind the scenes, and helping the entire team operate more effectively. They thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy variety in their work, and bring a solutions-oriented approach to every challenge.

Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing content including agent filming, interviews, blogs, closing photos, and daily team updates
  • Write, edit, and publish blog posts, 52-Touch content, and marketing scripts on a consistent schedule
  • Manage online reputation by responding to Google reviews promptly and professionally
  • Design, order, and manage marketing materials such as business cards, riders, postcards, recruiting folders, and handouts
  • Support marketing operations through database cleanup, contact scrubbing, and SOI support for agents
  • Assist with internal communications, company meetings, and day-to-day team support needs
  • Prepare closing gifts and client-facing materials in coordination with transaction teams
  • Maintain office operations including supplies, swag preparation, and shared space organization
  • Support recurring marketing and operational workflows while handling miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in marketing support, content creation, operations, or a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in Canva and comfortable with basic graphic design, layout, and brand consistency
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, track deadlines, and meet critical task dates
  • Comfortable working independently while prioritizing tasks and maintaining an orderly workflow
  • Clear and professional communicator via phone, email, and written content
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new platforms and systems quickly
  • Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintains grace under pressure and brings a positive attitude and sense of humor
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and desire to contribute to shared success

Pay Structure & Schedule

  • $18/Hour, ~20 Hours/Week
  • If you are a licensed real estate agent, license maintenance fees (board/MLS) will be paid for by the company and fees can be collected on referrals of your sphere of influence to TCG team members.
  • This position requires a consistent in-person presence for 3-4 hours per day. Hours may vary and will be determined based on business needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
