Scope of Position

This role provides leadership and growth management for the Environmental Services Group (ESG) in North and South America. The successful candidate will grow market share in environmental services through new business opportunities and collaboration with other service areas.

Key Performance Deliverables

Developing a strategic plan, managing a team of professionals, ensuring commercial viability, adapting operational systems, and providing project management support are key responsibilities. Additional deliverables include managing performance reporting requirements and liaising with global peers.

Competency Profile

Strategic approach, initiative, influence, results orientation, customer/client orientation, industry/market awareness, team skills, and commercial acumen are essential competencies for this role.

Preferred Experience/Education includes a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, postgraduate qualifications desirable. A minimum of 15 years' experience in selling, managing, and delivering EIA, ESIA, and environmental permitting activities is required. Leadership and supervisory experience, strong financial management, people management skills, and ability to formulate and execute business strategies are also necessary.
