Digital Prepress Operator (Afternoon Shift -- 3:30p - 12:00a)

JOB SUMMARY

As a Prepress Operator at Signs365, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of digital print projects before they go into production. You will be responsible for preparing digital files for printing using basic Photoshop and Illustrator skills, ensuring that they meet our company's standards and client specifications.

3:30p - 12:00a (Sun - Thurs)

JOB DUTIES

• Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to prepare digital files for printing, including resizing, color correction, and image manipulation.
• Perform thorough preflight checks on incoming digital files to ensure they meet printing requirements and are free of errors or inconsistencies.
• Work closely with the production team to communicate any file issues or special requirements, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors in digital files.
• Familiarity with digital printing processes and prepress workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new techniques and technologies.
• Previous experience in prepress operations or digital printing is preferred but not required.
