What You Will Be Doing
Take ownership of our Meta and Google advertising efforts while forecasting product needs and driving performance insights across the business. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, eCommerce, and operations — ensuring that ad spend efficiently drives sales, and inventory levels stay aligned with customer demand in the fast-moving automotive car care market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, targeting car enthusiasts, detailing professionals, and DIY car owners. This includes campaign development, ongoing performance monitoring, A/B testing, and collaboration with creatives to ensure effective, results-driven ad messaging.
- Analyze sales trends, campaign data, and seasonal patterns to forecast product demand, ensuring optimal inventory for high-performing SKUs and upcoming campaigns. Use predictive models to anticipate demand spikes and provide inventory risk alerts based on ad campaign performance.
- Consolidate marketing and sales data from various sources into insightful dashboards and reports, using tools like Google Data Studio or Looker Studio. Leverage analytics to drive actionable recommendations for campaign optimization, pricing, and product strategy, while identifying opportunities to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success managing Meta and Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce analytics, product forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of automotive or aftermarket retail markets preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to connect marketing data to real business outcomes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with automotive or consumer products, particularly in car wash, detailing, or accessories.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other retail platforms.
- Skills in SQL, Python, or other analytical tools for advanced data modeling.
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and product development teams.
