Marketing Content Manager — Renon Power (North America)

About the Role
Renon Power is expanding its North American marketing team and seeking a Marketing Content Manager to serve as the key bridge between the executive stakeholders and the North American marketing team. This role owns the planning, creation, and management of all product content and digital assets across residential, C&I, and utility-scale battery energy storage solutions.
You will develop high-impact technical content, manage product collateral, and ensure all digital assets are consistent, accurate, and optimized for demand generation. This role is perfect for a hands-on creator with strong project management skills and experience supporting high-growth energy technology brands.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Production
- Own the content calendar for all Renon Power product verticals (Resi, C&I, Utility).
- Create and manage content across multiple formats:
- Website pages & landing pages
- Product spec sheets, datasheets, and catalogs
- Case studies
- Product blog posts & application articles
- Webinar content, scripts, and highlight clips
- Social media visual assets
- Email and CRM content (Zoho)
Product & Technical Asset Management
- Maintain and update all product documentation, including UL9540 references, compatible inverter lists, warranty documents, and installation guides.
- Collaborate with product teams and engineers to translate technical specs into clear, value-driven content.
- Manage digital asset libraries (images, videos, product photos, 3D renders, diagrams).
Campaign & Demand-Gen Support
- Work with the Director of Marketing to execute campaigns for:
- Xcellent Plus
- Xtreme LV
- EBrick
- ECube
- MPack
- Smart Matrix
- Future Products
- Produce marketing assets for webinars, trade shows (Intersolar NA, RE+), and product launches.
- Support digital advertising and distributor channel marketing with asset creation and copy.
Team & Workflow Management
- Serve as the "content lead" managing workflow for the North American Marketing team.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to gather content and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, product messaging, and documentation.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in solar, energy storage, electrical distribution, or related industries.
- Strong writing and editing skills; ability to take technical information and make it clear and compelling.
- Experience with CMS (WordPress or similar), CRM (Zoho preferred), and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Comfortable working with engineers, technical teams, and product documentation.
- Understanding of SEO, email marketing, and basic digital analytics.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
KPIs for Success
- Content Velocity: # of new or updated assets produced monthly.
- Website Engagement: improvements in organic traffic, time on page, and conversions.
- Sales Enablement: responsiveness to creating collateral for sales teams and distributors.
- Product Accuracy: % of product pages and datasheets always up to date.
- Campaign Performance: contribution to lead volume and engagement.
- Workflow Efficiency: ability to manage and delegate tasks to the Marketing Specialist.
