We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Generalist to become a key player in a growing coaching and personal development business. You’ll act as a strategic and tactical partner—supporting marketing, tech systems, and backend operations—so the founder can focus on high-level coaching and content creation.

This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts doer and strategist. You should be deeply comfortable with marketing tech, automations, and tools like Kajabi and Mailchimp (both required), while also having a sharp eye for trends, content, and brand consistency. You should be process-savvy, excited by efficiency, and motivated to make systems work smarter.

We help high-achieving women over 40 feel more radiant, confident, and energized through subconscious transformation work. The business has a solid foundation and strong client loyalty. Now, the goal is to scale smartly—and we’re looking for the right right-hand person to support that vision across digital marketing, automation, and systems.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategize, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns

Build and manage automations and email workflows in Kajabi and Mailchimp (required)

Use Zapier and other tools to streamline and integrate backend systems

Own testing and QA of marketing funnels, links, email sequences, and automations

Lead short-form content ideation and support for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Speak fluently in the brand voice and tailor content to the ideal client

Support email campaigns, newsletters, and digital product launches

Work with a VA to delegate tasks and elevate backend efficiency

Light video editing and visual content creation using tools like Canva or Descript

Assist with setup and updates for online courses in Kajabi

Document and improve marketing and admin processes

Research and experiment with new tools and trends in AI, automation, and content repurposing

You’re a Great Fit If You...

Have experience supporting a coach, consultant, or online business owner

Have hands-on, in-depth experience with Kajabi and Mailchimp (REQUIRED)

Know how to build and troubleshoot automations in Zapier

Are process-oriented, highly organized, and driven by efficiency

Understand content strategy and are comfortable planning and executing campaigns

Stay up to date on social media and viral content trends

Can manage projects independently but collaborate well with others

Communicate clearly and write in a warm, brand-consistent voice

Are eager to test, optimize, and ensure every moving part works properly

Are comfortable with tech and always looking for new tools to improve operations

Bonus: You have design or light video editing skills
