E-commerce Assistant

Pool Supplies Canada is Canada’s largest online swimming pool retailer. Our mission is to provide Canadian customers with an exceptional service experience via knowledgeable and helpful assistance, competitive pricing, and fast shipping.

Although this is primarily an in-house position, there may be opportunities to work remotely.

• *Primary Responsibilities**:
• Accurately entering and updating product information on our e-commerce platform, including but not limited to: product descriptions, technical specifications, images, weights/dimensions, features and more
• Organizing products / product categories and ensuring the overall quality and accuracy of product information on our e-commerce platform
• Regularly reviewing our websites for errors and inconsistencies in product data and fixing any issues that may be discovered
• Managing and optimizing product information and product listings through the Amazon Marketplace platform, and other 3rd party marketplace tools as needed
• Assisting our customer service team with responding to, managing and disputing customer feedback and reviews, as needed
• *Requirements**:
• High School Diploma (A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred)
• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Working experience in a prior e-commerce or related role considered an asset
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Wal Mart Marketplace, Best Buy Marketplace or other 3rd party marketplaces considered an asset
• Proficiency in Excel and/or other data analytics tools considered an asset

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (overtime as required)
