- Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (depending on experience)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Based on Performance
- Commission Structure: Uncapped, performance-based

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive enterprise growth across the US market, with a strong focus on complex eCommerce and digital transformation deals.
This is a full-cycle, consultative sales role, ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact conversations with VPs, Heads of Digital, CTOs, and Founders, and enjoys shaping solutions, not just closing deals.
You will represent Mobikasa across client meetings, industry events, and partner ecosystems, playing a key role in expanding our enterprise footprint in North America.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Drive new revenue through enterprise and mid-market eCommerce engagements.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using outbound outreach, partnerships, events, and referrals.
Client & Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across retail, DTC, and enterprise brands.
- Lead discovery calls, solution workshops, and proposal discussions.
- Establish long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and account expansion.
Sales Strategy & GTM Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal technology, UX, and marketing teams to craft tailored proposals.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies, account targeting, and vertical-focused outreach.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene.
Market Presence & Brand Representation
- Represent Mobikasa at industry events, trade shows, and conferences (NRF, Shoptalk, CommerceNext, etc.).
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Support partnerships and co-selling initiatives with technology platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 to 6 years of experience in sales or account management within a digital agency, SaaS, or IT services environment.
- Proven experience selling eCommerce, web development, digital transformation, or SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of platforms such as Shopify / Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce (Magento), BigCommerce, or headless commerce.
- Experience engaging with enterprise or complex accounts and navigating longer sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or multi-brand commerce businesses.
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS, APIs, integrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong network within the US eCommerce or retail ecosystem.
