We're growing and looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a **Marketing and Business Development Coordinator**.
- *Position Overview**: We are seeking an experienced **Marketing and Business Development Coordinator** to spearhead our digital marketing efforts and expand our business relationships with clinics and healthcare professionals. This role will focus on both online and direct marketing strategies, from maintaining a strong digital presence to actively promoting MedPros' services to potential clients.
- *Key Responsibilities**:
- *Digital Marketing**:
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is fresh and relevant.
- Create, curate, and maintain blogs that align with MedPros' mission and healthcare management services.
- Manage and update LinkedIn profiles, create engaging content, and utilize LinkedIn for lead generation and networking with clinics and potential clients.
- Oversee and execute Facebook marketing campaigns to promote MedPros services.
- Implement Google SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- *Business Development**:
- Actively seek out new clinics and healthcare professionals to partner with MedPros.
- Visit clinics in person to present MedPros' management services and develop new business relationships.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and regularly follow up to nurture relationships.
- *Sales and Marketing Strategy**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy for business growth.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify new marketing and business development opportunities to drive MedPros' expansion.
- *Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the management team to align marketing and sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Support the creation of marketing materials and presentations to aid in business development efforts.
- *Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in marketing and business development, ideally within the healthcare or medical clinic sector.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including website management, SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Experience with content creation and blogging.
- Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Background in medical clinic management or healthcare marketing is a significant asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for clinic visits.
