Project Manager Officer (Digital Transformation)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of a leading integrated-solutions provider in the digital archiving and IT services space, is seeking a Project Manager.

Our client is a well-established firm in the Greek technology market, specialized in digital archive management, document digitization, and secure information systems. They deliver end to end consulting and implementation services, helping organizations transition from physical to digital workflows with high reliability and scalability

📌 Location: North Sector of Athens

📍 Working Model: On-site

🖋️You will be reporting to: General Manager

What you will do

As Project Manager, you will drive the delivery of tech enabled transformation programs, from the initial planning phase to final implementation. Your work will ensure projects are delivered on time, within set scope, and on budget, while maintaining high quality and strong stakeholder alignment.

More specifically

• Design and execute project plans, setting goals, timelines, deliverables, and milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, operations, consulting) and external partners
• Track and control project progress, adapting plans when needed to meet objectives
• Manage financials: project budgets, cost forecasts, and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing risks
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize disruption and maximize project success
• Ensure comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation
• Foster collaborative work practices and enforce governance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience managing significant or complex projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus
• Solid knowledge of public sector procurement processes, including experience with ΕΣΗΔΗΣ, ΚΗΜΔΗΣ or similar tender platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities
• Fluent in English and Greek (written and verbal)
