Responsibilities
- Possess solid experience and understanding of supply chain-related business operations, with a strong end-to-end supply chain business perspective.
- Capable of driving supply chain business process analysis and providing solutions for process reengineering.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills to promote digital transformation and foster cooperation between DTIT and business teams, driving supply chain digitalization.
- Responsible for outlining digital transformation plans, integrating the latest industry technological advancements to meet strategic and business performance goals.
- Responsible for project management when required.
- Responsible for Digital Transformation Promotion as needed.
Skills
- 8 plus years of experience in supply chain management and transformation
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or equivalent preferred.
- Familiar with best practices and benchmarks in supply chain digital transformation, and proficient in methodologies and technologies related to digital transformation.
- Experience working in high-tech or leading transformation companies, with a proven track record in leading complex transformations.
- Proficient in BPR (Business Process Reengineering), big data analytics, blockchain, and AI applications.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong English communication skills.
- PMP certification preferred; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience as a transformation consultant is preferred.
