Customer and E-Commerce Support Specialist
Jimmy Zee's Distributors Inc
We are a Canadian Distributor of Candy, Games, and Trending Items, and our fantastic team is growing! We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us.
You are a versatile and organized individual who can handle various responsibilities related to monitoring e-store orders, processing online orders, assisting customers, updating website content, managing inventory, invoicing and A/R.
Responsibilities
- Monitor E-store Orders:
- Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders in the ERP application.
- Customer Support:
- Assist customers with logon issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Engage with customers through various channels, including social media, to address inquiries about products.
- Website Management:
- Update and maintain product listings on the website.
- Create and manage website images and product content.
- Maintain product web status based on inventory availability.
- Email Campaigns:
- Assist with the execution of email campaigns, including content design.
- Work on creating engaging email campaigns to promote products.
- Invoicing and Returns:
- Generate invoices for shipped orders.
- Manage customer returns and credits efficiently.
- Account Receivables:
- Handle customer credit card information and authorizations.
- Manage accounts receivables in a timely manner.
- Sales Support:
- Act as a backup for the Sales Administrator position when needed.
Qualifications
- Education in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or other graphic/image editors.
- Customer service or retail experience is preferred.
- General proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- E-commerce software experience is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

- DCS / DEC (preferred)
Experience
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- B2B: 1 year (preferred)
