Customer and E-Commerce Support Specialist

We are a Canadian Distributor of Candy, Games, and Trending Items, and our fantastic team is growing! We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us.

You are a versatile and organized individual who can handle various responsibilities related to monitoring e-store orders, processing online orders, assisting customers, updating website content, managing inventory, invoicing and A/R.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor E-store Orders:
  • Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders in the ERP application.
  • Customer Support:
  • Assist customers with logon issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Engage with customers through various channels, including social media, to address inquiries about products.
  • Website Management:
  • Update and maintain product listings on the website.
  • Create and manage website images and product content.
  • Maintain product web status based on inventory availability.
  • Email Campaigns:
  • Assist with the execution of email campaigns, including content design.
  • Work on creating engaging email campaigns to promote products.
  • Invoicing and Returns:
  • Generate invoices for shipped orders.
  • Manage customer returns and credits efficiently.
  • Account Receivables:
  • Handle customer credit card information and authorizations.
  • Manage accounts receivables in a timely manner.
  • Sales Support:
  • Act as a backup for the Sales Administrator position when needed.

Qualifications

  • Education in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or other graphic/image editors.
  • Customer service or retail experience is preferred.
  • General proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • E-commerce software experience is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

  • DCS / DEC (preferred)

Experience

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • B2B: 1 year (preferred)
