We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Director of Sales & Marketing.
Join a rapidly growing industrial OEM based in Mississauga, Ontario, specializing in the design, engineering, and manufacture of large-scale custom industrial equipment and systems. As the business continues to scale domestically and internationally, we’re seeking a strategic commercial leader with strong B2B experience to develop scalable sales infrastructure, drive market expansion, and elevate the company’s commercial strategy to match its growth trajectory.
Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy, including B2B sales plans, market positioning, and growth initiatives
- Build and optimize scalable sales processes, KPI frameworks, forecasting models, CRM utilization, and reporting structures
- Lead and mentor a sales/business development and marketing team toward aggressive revenue targets
- Identify new industrial markets, growth channels, and strategic partnership opportunities (Canada, U.S., and internationally)
- Oversee the development of marketing and branding strategies, including digital, trade shows, thought leadership content, and lead generation
- Collaborate with executive leadership on pricing, contract direction, and commercial risk management
- Design and implement performance metrics tied to profitability, market penetration, and customer satisfaction
- Engage in key customer negotiations and act as a senior commercial representative for major accounts
Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in B2B sales, ideally integrating marketing ownership
- Experience at a company with revenue exceeding $50M annually
- Proven track record scaling commercial operations within the industrial, OEM equipment, or engineered solutions industry
- Experience selling engineered-to-order or custom industrial systems solutions
- Advanced experience with CRM platforms, sales KPI tracking, and performance-based forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to build go-to-market strategies that drive measurable growth and margin improvements
- Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement abilities at VP/Executive level
Compensation
- $160,000 – $180,000 base salary + 20% performance bonus
