Marketing Advisor II

Salary for the employee will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different employee profiles. However, we encourage employees who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Advisor to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do Here

• Plan and implement direct marketing campaigns (email and direct mail) targeting existing customers and prospects.
• Act as an expert in his area of expertise and actively participate in planning meetings with the different stakeholders.
• Propose recommendations related to current or future strategies.
• Manage multiple mandates and projects simultaneously in close collaboration with the internal teams, the relationship marketing agency and other external suppliers, ensuring that objectives, timelines and budgets are respected.
• Assess campaign performance and make appropriate recommendations.
• Prepare presentations for management, occasionally.
• Ensure compliance with the various brands’ creative guidelines.

What You Bring To The Table

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Communications, or any combination of equivalent education and experience
• 5 to 7 years of experience in email marketing, relationship marketing or other marketing field
• High autonomy, sense of organization and priority management
• Great ability to adapt to changes, resistance to stress
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Good analytical and synthesis skills, attention to detail and result-oriented
• Dynamic and creative spirit
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite
• Agency experience, an asset
• Knowledge of insurance, an asset
• [Bilingual (French and English)] Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
