Pay Rate: $45-$55/hour W2
Overview
We are seeking a CRO Specialist with deep experience executing A/B and multivariate testing across web experiences in Sitecore and email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role is hands-on, focused on test design, execution, personalization, and optimization across the full digital journey. You'll partner with marketing, UX, and development teams to improve conversion performance, enhance engagement, and scale a structured experimentation program.
Key Responsibilities
Experimentation & Testing (Web + Email)
- Build, configure, and deploy A/B and multivariate tests in Sitecore (web pages, modules, components, personalization).
- Create and execute A/B tests within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email subject lines, content blocks, CTAs, send times).
- Define hypotheses, testing frameworks, audience segmentation, and success metrics for both website and email experiments.
- Ensure proper tracking, QA, and governance across both platforms before launch.
- Monitor live tests and perform statistical analysis to determine significance and next-step recommendations.
Conversion Optimization
- Identify friction points across digital journeys using analytics, heatmaps, user flows, and metadata tied to Sitecore and SFMC campaigns.
- Recommend and implement optimizations across landing pages, email templates, forms, CTAs, and personalization rules.
- Partner with designers, developers, and content teams to roll out winning variations and ensure clean handoff.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze test results through Sitecore analytics, SFMC reporting dashboards, and Google/Adobe Analytics.
- Provide insights tied directly to business KPIs such as conversion rate, click-through rate, open rate, engagement, and revenue lift.
- Maintain a centralized test log documenting hypotheses, configurations, results, and long-term insights.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with marketing, UX, development, and email operations teams to prioritize experiments and align on test roadmaps.
- Support personalization initiatives using Sitecore Personalize and SFMC Journey Builder, ensuring tests ladder into larger customer-experience goals.
- Advocate for experimentation best practices across the organization.

General Requirements
- Proven experience running A/B and multivariate tests across Sitecore and/or SFMC.
- Strong understanding of CRO principles, experimentation frameworks, and user-behavior analytics.
- Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Familiarity with web technologies and comfort troubleshooting testing setup issues.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation habits, and QA mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Sitecore Personalize, XM Cloud, and SFMC email experimentation tools.
- Familiarity with heatmap/session-recording platforms (e.g., Hotjar, Clarity).
- Understanding of UX best practices, digital psychology, and funnel optimization.
- Knowledge of segmentation and dynamic content strategies in SFMC.
