This role blends strategic leadership with practical oversight to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business coordination across regions. The individual will define and complete a roadmap to modernize order management processes, ensuring alignment with the company's broader flow and objectives.

The leader will partner with consultants and cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient, accurate, and customer-centric workflows. They will supervise key performance metrics, identify opportunities, and ensure alignment between global transformation goals and regional activities.

Responsibilities include establishing transformation goals, developing a detailed roadmap, managing consultants' work, analyzing and redesigning worldwide distribution and order processing workflows, and supervising key indicators such as OTIF, order accuracy, and compliance charges.

The Director will promote an environment of constant development and inventive thinking within order fulfillment operations, staying current on industry trends, technologies, and guidelines to find future enhancements.

The LATAM Order Management team will provide a smooth, customer-focused experience emphasizing order precision, promptness, and service excellence. The leader will act as the main contact for Commercial business partners and key customers, ensuring timely issue resolution and alignment with service expectations.
