Sales And Marketing Representative

Happix Media Productions is a wedding photo and video studio based in London, Ontario, specializing in modern, story-driven coverage for couples across Southwestern Ontario. The Sales & Client Experience Executive will be the first point of contact for engaged couples, handling inquiries, phone calls, meetings, and guiding them through booking their wedding with us.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and warmly to new inquiries by phone, email, website, and social media, and nurture leads into booked clients.
• Schedule, confirm, and host discovery calls or in-person consultations with couples, including sending reminders and follow-ups.
• Explain our wedding photography and videography packages, answer questions, and recommend options that fit each couple’s needs and budget.
• Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and invoices; collect retainers and confirm bookings in our calendar.
• Maintain accurate client records, timelines, and notes so the production team has everything needed for each wedding.
• Check in with couples at key milestones (after booking, a few months before, and closer to the wedding) to provide an elevated client experience.
• Support basic marketing tasks such as requesting reviews, gathering testimonials, and sharing client stories.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service, sales, or client-facing experience (hospitality, events, retail, or call centre experience are all great fits).
• Experience in the wedding or events industry is an asset.
• Excellent phone presence and written communication skills; comfortable calling leads and following up consistently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail when managing calendars, contracts, and client information.
• Comfortable working with basic office and online tools (email, calendar apps, spreadsheets).
• Ability to work in London, ON and reliably commute.
