Ecommerce Specialist-shopify

GreenLife Group is looking for an experienced and creative Shopify Operations Specialist to join our e-commerce team. • *Responsibilities**:
• Manage daily operations of the Shopify store, including product listings and promotions.
• Analyze store data and utilize digital marketing strategies such as SEO and SEM to increase traffic and conversion rates.
• Design and optimize the user shopping experience to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive sales growth.
• Track and analyze competitors and industry trends, providing suggestions for improvements.
• *Requirements**:
• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in e-commerce, marketing, or related fields.
• At least one year of experience operating on the Shopify platform, with proficiency in Shopify backend operations.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning and innovation.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
