  • *Job Title: e-Commerce Brand Manager**
  • *Job Overview**:

Are you someone who is eager to join a rapidly expanding e-commerce enterprise and contribute your expertise to the growth of our designated brands? As an e-commerce Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Online Department, collaborating closely with the Online Department Manager. Your primary responsibility will be the daily oversight of designated brands on our online stores and the Gibbys website. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, as you'll be in charge of ensuring accurate product listings, optimizing search engine performance, and maintaining correct pricing across our platforms.

  • *Key Responsibilities**:

Take ownership of assigned manufacturer brands on our Shopify and Amazon stores.

  • Assume ownership of managing manufacturer brands assigned to you, including inventory maintenance.
  • Conduct price research and implement strategies to boost sales for your assigned brands.
  • Update and post products on various e-commerce channels and websites, adhering to established upload procedures.
  • Keep manufacturer pricing up-to-date on all relevant websites.
  • Contribute to digital and social media platforms by providing input on strategies and creating content as necessary.
  • Conduct regular audits of listings when new manufacturer price lists become available.
  • Assist with order management, auditing, and resolution of fulfillment issues.
  • Collaborate harmoniously with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Ability to comfortably sit for extended periods of up to 8 hours.
  • Other duties may be assigned based on organizational needs.
  • *Qualifications**:
  • Proven experience in managing content and production for high-traffic websites.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards, along with proficient documentation and information analysis abilities.
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces, order processing, and e-commerce operations.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks of varying importance while maintaining precision and follow-through.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

  • *Salary**: $18.00

This is an in-house position located in St.Catharines ON remote work is _**not **_permitted at this time.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
