WordPress E-commerce Plugin Development with Order Filtering Features

We are seeking a skilled developer to create a WordPress e-commerce plugin that includes order filtering features based on the customer's delivery success score.

This plugin should also have the capability to recover filtered orders efficiently upon taking a partial payment or advance delivery charge.

Which will be collected by automated or manual approach. Such as, sending messages, voicemail or calling them. This is the core functionality. We have some other features such as abandoned cart marketing, OTP validation and etc.
