We are looking for a long-term email designer to support multiple eCommerce clients on a recurring basis. The primary focus is designing high-quality, conversion-focused marketing emails in Figma, using Auto Layout and reusable components.

This is not a one-off project. We are intentionally looking for a long-term partner with predictable pricing and consistent availability.

Scope of Work

Email Design

Design 10 marketing emails per month per client
All designs created in Figma using Auto Layout
Emails should be structured for easy handoff to development / ESPs

Each email will include

2–3 light design variations (e.g. alternate hero, product card layout, CTA treatment)
Reuse of existing components where appropriate
Creation of new components when beneficial

Design Inputs We Provide

Clear written briefs per email
Draft copy
Design inspiration and structural references
Research and competitive examples (when applicable)

You are encouraged to

Improve layout, hierarchy, and flow
Suggest or lightly adjust copy if it strengthens clarity or conversion
Apply best practices for email UX and CRO
