Social Media Marketing Intern

Fix Your Fate is on a mission to revive REAL human connection and fix the modern dating mess through curated invite-only matchmaking events, community, transformational coaching, and our podcast. From street interviews to viral social campaigns, our goal is simple: prove that love isn’t dead, help people level up in life and find their person.

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who’s locally based in the Greater Toronto Area and hungry to learn, excited to create, and passionate about making an impact in our world.

What You’ll Do

• 🎨 Create content (graphics, visuals, reels, stories) with Canva following our brand style guide.
• 🎤 Assist with our on-street & event interviews, capturing raw, authentic moments.
• 💬 Engage daily with our growing community across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• 📲 Post & schedule content consistently across all our social channels.
• 💡 Bring fresh creative ideas to the table for campaigns, content series, and growth hacks.

What You’ll Learn

• How to stop the scroll and grab attention in crowded feeds.
• The mechanics of building an audience and driving engagement.
• Strategies for fast brand growth through community-driven content.
• Firsthand experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, directly alongside two passionate, mission-driven founders.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who lives and breathes social media and knows what makes content pop.
• Creative thinker with an eye for design (experience with Canva is a massive plus).
• Reliable, proactive, and excited to contribute new ideas to build community & drive brand growth
• Available to volunteer (this is an unpaid internship) & commit 10–20 hours per week from December to February.
• Able to start immediately.
