AI Strategy Lead / AI Transformation Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Strategy & Adoption Lead to drive the organization’s AI vision and lead the rollout of AI platforms such as Microsoft Co-Pilot and other GenAI tools. This role will guide teams across the business, support leadership, and ensure the successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI strategy, roadmap, and adoption across the organization.
Implement and manage AI platforms, including Microsoft Co-Pilot.
Partner with teams (R&D, Marketing, Operations, etc.) on AI use cases.
Define KPIs and measure the success of AI initiatives.
Advocate for AI to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensure AI governance, compliance, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with AI or Generative AI tools (Co-Pilot preferred).
Experience driving AI strategy or digital transformation programs.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to simplify and explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise-wide AI adoption.
Background in AI/ML, data analytics, or automation tools

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
