Senior Director, Retail Marketing and Operations

This role can be fully remote but requires a presence in the United States. As a senior director, you will lead the development and implementation of retail marketing initiatives to support product commercialization and manage marketing operations for HEPLISAV-B.

Key responsibilities include planning and implementing impactful initiatives, leading the translation and implementation of marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also oversee marketing operations and ensure timely and effective project management of all initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant product marketing experience and 5+ years in field sales management, strategic marketing, and/or thought leadership. They should demonstrate knowledge of the US legal-regulatory environment and have a proven track record of meeting financial and qualitative targets. Leadership skills, ability to operate independently, and excellent interpersonal and written presentation skills are also essential.
