Position Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist, Content & Experiential, to support the Manager, Marketing & Internal Communications in creating engaging campaigns and experiences that connect with customers and reinforce the brand.

In this role, you’ll lead content creation, turning ideas into compelling stories across social, email, print, and experiential channels. You’ll write, edit, and collaborate with design, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure every piece of content is on-brand, engaging, and aligned with campaign goals.

In addition, you will lead experiential and field marketing programs, bringing go-to-market campaigns to life through local activations, seasonal events, and cultural moments, working closely with stores, regional teams, and merchandising partners to ensure flawless execution.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented marketer who can bring ideas to life and execute with excellence. Responsibilities

  • Content: Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and merchandising teams to create cohesive campaigns that blend visual and verbal storytelling. Own the creation, editing, and distribution of written and digital content across internal and external channels, ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and alignment with campaign objectives. Support creative concepting from ideation through execution, including social, email, print, and experiential materials.
  • Experiential & Field Marketing: Plan and execute local activations, seasonal events, and cultural-moment campaigns. Collaborate with stores, regional teams, and merchandising partners to ensure seamless execution and strong customer engagement.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Media & Advertising, Merchandising, Brand, and Operations teams to align initiatives with go-to-market strategies and broader brand objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and vendor or partner relationships for all initiatives. Ensure programs are delivered efficiently, effectively, and with high-quality execution.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Take on special projects or initiatives as needed to support the Senior Director and overall Media & Advertising strategy.

Working Relationships

Collaborate closely with growth, digital, brand, PR, communications, merchandising, FP&A, fuel, store operations, and other support divisions.

Requirements

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business or equivalent experience

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business

Minimum Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, brand activation, or field marketing with a track record of executing multi-channel campaigns.

Travel: Occasional travel may be required

Hours & Conditions: Typically Monday – Friday, 8+ hour days, 4 days per week in office with opportunity for 1 flex day from home per week contingent on job performance/business needs

Physical Requirements: Minimal physical effort required; sitting / standing at computer for long periods of time. Ability to maneuver and lift up to 10 lbs.

Consistent with Massachusetts Pay Transparency Law, we’re sharing the base salary range for this position. Final pay within this range will be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
