Cavenaugh Media is a full-service marketing agency based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. They are seeking a Digital Project Manager to manage digital creative projects and ensure clear communication between clients and the fulfillment team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage website, logo, and branding projects from start to finish
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and updates through ClickUp or similar platforms
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, and content team to keep progress on schedule
  • Lead revision processes and post-project follow-ups
  • Handle upsell conversations when clients request additional features or pages
  • Ensure the client experience is smooth, responsive, and professional
  • Audit project statuses daily to identify what needs to move next

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and client-facing
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables at once
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools
  • High-impact work ethic with a focus on execution and client satisfaction
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to adapt communication to different types of clients
  • Preference for candidates with experience in digital or creative project management
  • Sales background is a plus (not required at all)
