Cavenaugh Media is a full-service marketing agency based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. They are seeking a Digital Project Manager to manage digital creative projects and ensure clear communication between clients and the fulfillment team.
Responsibilities
- Manage website, logo, and branding projects from start to finish
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communication
- Track tasks, deadlines, and updates through ClickUp or similar platforms
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and content team to keep progress on schedule
- Lead revision processes and post-project follow-ups
- Handle upsell conversations when clients request additional features or pages
- Ensure the client experience is smooth, responsive, and professional
- Audit project statuses daily to identify what needs to move next
Skills
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and client-facing
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables at once
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools
- High-impact work ethic with a focus on execution and client satisfaction
- Strong listening skills and the ability to adapt communication to different types of clients
- Preference for candidates with experience in digital or creative project management
- Sales background is a plus (not required at all)
