BODYARMOR is looking for a Purchase Order Coordinator to join our team.
The Purchase Order Coordinator is a key team member responsible for leading the creation and processing of purchase orders (POs), coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, maintaining records for compliance and utilizing software tools such as Purchase Pal and SAP to name a few.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the creation, processing and tracking of purchase orders (POs) as they relate to DME/OPEX
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders with supporting documentation for audit compliance
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure any issues related to price, quantity or delivery are resolved quickly
  • Utilize reporting to communicate with internal stakeholders; Inform teams on tracking against budget
  • Manage the entire purchase order life cycle from creation to delivery to payment/closure
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and ensure the use of best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
  • 2-3 years of related experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills as this position with interact with various departments within the company as well as 3rd party vendors
  • Solid systems skills (ERP, Excel, etc.)
  • Outstanding work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay Range:$74,800 - $93,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:7.5
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
