E-commerce QA Tester

We are currently seeking an experienced QA resource, preferably with ecom experience, to join our growing practice in Montreal. These individuals will work with Project Managers, Developers, Solutions Architects, and our Customers to ensure that we deliver a quality service.

After the 3 month period ends, there may be an opportunity to continue.

• *Responsibilities**
• Use the QA testing platform “Browserstack” to test sites on multiple devices and browsers
• Write test plans for functional/visual aspects of the websites
• Master and continually improve professional skills as it relates to the QA of Magento, Shopify, and Akeneo platforms
• Create training documentation on features/functionalities for our clients to be able to manage the site on their own
• Interact with clients for face to face (or online) training on the features/functionalities of their sites
• Open/Manage tickets in Jira, by creating either Bug/Task type tickets for the team, and clearly communicating the issues to the various team members involved in each project
• Bring energy to the office every day
• *Job Type**: Fixed term contract
• *Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
