💥 The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content. You’ll:

• Manage and post daily across all BGIM social platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Travel with Billy to capture behind-the-scenes, real-time, and viral content
• Work directly with a team of 4 marketing pros and media creatives
• Create high-performing content, fast
• Track trends, analyze performance, and recommend improvements
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar

✅ Must Have

• 2+ years experience managing social media
• Proven portfolio (link us at least one page you’ve created content for, personal or professional)
• Deep knowledge of short-form video platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• On-camera direction skills + comfort filming anywhere, anytime
• Obsession with social media trends and culture
• Flexible, travel-ready, and hard-working
• Strong copywriting, editing (Canva, CapCut, Premiere) a plus
